Please read these terms carefully before using our website. Use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions and prices are correct.

Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.

All items are final sale. Unless product is damage upon arrival and must notify us within 24 hours after arrival. Customer may be responsible for return shipping cost.

 

 

 

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed from our warehouse prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number.

 

West Malaysia: Order Monday to Friday for delivery within 4-5 business days.

East Malaysia: Delivered within 4-7 business days.

-Unfortunately your order is not able to be delivered on a public holiday.

-If your order is placed on a Public Holiday it will not be processed and despatched until the next business day.

-During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

 

Malaysia

- FREE parcel collection in retail shop.

- Delivery FREE for all orders of RM100 or above.

- RM7 will be charged for orders amounting less than RM100(West Malaysia).

- RM15 will be charged for orders amounting less than RM100(East Malaysia).

Order is non-refundable.

 

 

 

CONSIGNMENT TERMS

Important Notice:

Dearest consignors,

We advice to collect your consigned items with us after 3 months of consignment period. Our storage is limited & Msia weather hot and humid can cause leather goods to degrade in its condition especially used goods. We will not be liable if any damage / color changes to the items while they are kept in storage for weeks, months and some even years.

If you are not available, we can help to post it back with minimal charges. An address is all we need. 🌹

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 3 days exchange period (from received date) for defective products. WhatsApp your intent for a product return to +6012-9080680. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 3 working days.

 

To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging. Kindly contact us for address details.
